This is the OEM basket that comes in every skimmer for the Splash family of pools. This basket will fit the rectangle or round pool skimmer made by Splash. Our skimmer is designed by Splash, just for the Splash family of pools. This basket will come with the handle (as shown in the image) that goes in the top. This handle must be there for the autovacs to work. If the handle is broken, the pump will pull water from the 4 safety ports in the bottom of the skimmer housing. The autovac plate that came with your pool will push the basket down using the handle across the top of the basket and seal the holes at the bottom, forcing 100% of the water through the vac plate which enables the autovac to work properly.
